Dear team,

I have raise so many complaints regarding captioned subject issue in Tatasky model officer, onsumercomplaints in one govt website and Tatasky customer care but problem resolved till now

My complaint is 2 weeks back I have raised on complaint against my Tatasky signal probleam and they are saying that techniation will visit to your home, you need to pay the service charges but I am saying that I am not going to pay the service charges why because it is signal probleam, your techniation not fit the antenna properly at the time of installation and I have raised complaint

One of the Tatasky representative call me and he was saying that our technician visit to your home and resolve the issue after that you call me to my customer care and ask for refund we will refund the charges he was was saying .

Now they are not responding against my refund of service charges

Tatasky customer care is one of the worrest customer care in India. Their customer care people are speaking very irresponsibly.

Please resolve the issue needfully
