I had booked train ticket from SMVT to BSR from IRCTC on 24th April 2024. Whose PNR number is 4365869536. At the time of booking I was allotted berth number 15 and 16 respectively in coach number B4 for two people. While traveling on 16th may , the passengers were deboarded from the train by TT saying that the PNR number has been seized, you cannot travel. The PNR number has been seized by IRCTC without any prior intimation to the passenger, due to which the passengers have been deprived of the journey. No satisfactory reply from IRCTC After complaining about this. Till the journey started the status of ticket was CNF as the train started status changed to NR
