I had booked train ticket from Muzaffarpur to New Delhi from IRCTC on 19th February 2022. Whose PNR number is 6364230718. At the time of booking I was allotted berth number 20 and 21 respectively in coach number B6 for two people. Today, while traveling on March 05, the passengers were deboarded from the train by TT saying that the PNR number has been seized, you cannot travel. The PNR number has been seized by IRCTC without any prior intimation to the passenger, due to which the passengers have been deprived of the journey. No satisfactory reply from IRCTC After complaining about this.
