I ordered Adidas basketball shoes from Flatshop worth 4k and received a completely different and fake product. I couldn’t contact customer care or even place the return request even though there is an option to place a return request. The website seems to be a scam. I tried to contact them through the mail, WhatsApp, Instagram, through their site but didn’t get any response. I even have the video that I recorded while opening the packaging of the product that I received. This site is a scam and I request that strict action needs to be taken against this site. They are cheating innocent people.
