My name is Rajat I have joined in gracure pharmaceutical Ltd. Bhiwadi Rajasthan in Feb or March of 2022 and they ask me for 2 years of bond but they take my sign on any bond or any legal document. After 5 months, I decided to resign and I gave them resign and leave the firm in a proper way but when 6-7 days left for releiving they ask me about bond and they search for any document regarding bond but they didn’t find coz I know I can’t sign any bond at the time of joining but then HR mam called me and ask me to sign the bond just as formality which doesn’t means they force me to work here for 2 years and she also assure me that they don’t hold my salary also. She asked I don’t sign she will get a warning letter. Just for help and my emotional behaviour I signed a paper with ticket there is no any sign of any notry on that paper and she asked me do fake sign that’s why I sign in hindi . As I am graduate I do my sign always and everywhere in English. 3-4 days before the date of releiving they call me and ask me that you signed a bond which she asked me is fake and HR head tear him and shread that paper. Now the HR head asked me to do job here for 2 years or give the penalty of 50k which is impossible for me to pay as I am the only earning hand of my family. So I request you to pls ask the company to pay my last month whole salery and overtime also. I left the company 4 months before approx but salery is not received at my end till date.pls do the need
