hi, this is sathish, when im a minor, i bought a jio sim (6383540743) in my fathers name. In the month of December , my father was Expired, and also i lost my Mobile with that sim card, On December, when i approached a Retail Jio store in Hosur (near GRT), the executives said Hier Certificate and Death Certificate is Mandatory for Getting the same number Sim Card, Now after lots of Struggles i bought my Heir Certificate and Death Certificate. When i visited the same jio Retail store again on Sunday, those Executives were very Rude to me, and they asked me visit on Monday, as im working in bangalore i cant take leave, i sent my Mother to apply for the sim card on Monday.Those Agents were even more vulgar to my mom and sent her back after shouting at her and asked her to visit on tuesday, so she again visited to the jio Retail store on tuesday, those agents were even more behaved worst with my mom and they did’nt applied for the sim card.
