Text of Complaint by Suraj kumar:

I am very sad to inform that I received my order on 14th December in which wrong product was delivered to me after that i raised a return request for completely different product delivered then the maximum date shown there to solve my issue was 17th dec but unfortunately the date extended to 18 but i didn’t got any resolution on 18th dec also then i talk to the senior supervisor of Flipkart from call me back section then they told me to make a new request for the order for quick resolution on priority basis then i agree with him and generated new return request from his end then the time which shown to solve my issue was of today 22dec but my issue didn’t resolve yet and the promise date extended to 23 dec but no any resolution provided on 23dec also today is 25dec but my return request is in pending what i have to do in this situation I had already talk to many times to your executive but no any resolution provided from his side please help me to get out of it .
