Regarding Return Product against ID RT82390454, RT82966276 & RT82923204
Complaints No. COM00045259591, COM00045856300 & COM00045796920
Above mentioned subject, I’m purchased 2 shirts and 2 trousers from Ajio, I’m request for return because size issues but still logistics courier person not coming for product pickup.
Also I’m many times calls Ajio customer care but not resolve my issue.
Return ID RT82390454 I’m request on date 29.09.2022 almost 14-15 days passed away and this ID against 4-5 times changes pickup schedules by courier company according to him comfortable.
I’m not satisfied with Ajio Team because this type service not handled valuable customers.
As examples others online shopping platforms Amazon Flipkart products return pickup within 1-2 days.
Everyday I’m receiving messages for orders pickup but anybody not coming and not call us.
Once I’m calling courier boy please pickup my return product courier boy clearly denied, I’m also recording voice call courier boy because this guy misbehavior with me.
What is expecting with Ajio and how to order again from Ajio.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
