I purchase sofa cum bed from Amazone portal, with order no 406-4586040-6682, Quality was as expected then i put a return, 20 days passed on body come for pickup, I connected with Amazone customer care, they are not giving proper answer they extended return date every time when i do call and some time they say wait for 2 days if pickup is not done then we will provide you advance refund, but nothing work,
