In the evening time the customer cannot contact any of your executives and your jio toll free number is not responding at any way to talk to a executive after 9 pm. I have given a complaint regarding this issue. What action has taken about this issue regarding the retailer for not cooperating with the customer. The company executive should not talk this issue to the Area Manager or other company people related this issue. The company can do it secretly and ask him to charge and reverse. The exact answer u can get from the retailer.Every people can get this kind of fault no one is perfect in our daily life.
