Regarding replacing the refrigerator which is soon-to-be-purchased and stopped working

I had purchased wirlpool double door fridge on 15th July 2022. The fridge stopped cooling on 27 October 2022. I Complained to coustomer care. On 28 October 2022, company’s engineer came and checked the fridge and told that its compressor has gone bad, it will have to be replaced. But it’s only been 3.5 months since the fridge was taken and the fridge started causing problems. I am not ready to replace the faulty item I want the fridge to be replaced. I talked to many people through company’s customer care, after discussing the matter, everyone is avoiding, saying that it will be informed in a couple of days. Area manager of Aligarh (uttar pradesh) mr. Sudheer sharma is not even picking up the call. after waiting for along time to get the problem resolved,on 3 november 2022 i called The number was given to me first by customer care supervisor Nutan ji called him, his phone was off, again the number was given to me by customer care, saique ji called him, then he disconnected my phone without saying anything after listening to my problem, again I called and he did not pick up the phone,then I called the customer care and asked to talk to the higher officer, then the customer care made me talk, then the officer told that I have mailed the higher officer. In a couple of days after discussing it Will tell you.
After waiting for two days called the customer care again on 5th november I spoke to customer care, they are telling that there is no update on your problem yet. On November 7, senior technician will visit, then some action will be taken. By saying two days then two days , this matter is being hanged and the cutomer is being harassed. The problem came on 27th October and today is 6th November till now nothing has been done by the company. Any item of this company will get spoiled so soon and after that I will have to suffer in this way, it is not right at all, then my trust in the company will be lost
