I’m Inserting My Mail from amazon for my account reactivation.
Greetings,
I have received notification in my seller central account stating my selling privileges have been temporarily suspended. I had been found to be related to an account beginning with Kaptown Kreations.
I have checked my account and I found that I have only one primary account.
I am an Amazon Seller of the Geetanjali Henna Products and writing today in regards to reactivating our Amazon seller account. As you may imagine, it was a bit of a shock, to say the least, when I saw our Amazon seller account had been suspended Due To some policy violence.
We have been selling on Amazon for a couple of years and we do take our customers and this situation very seriously.
We are taking help from a third party agency called “Click400 technologies” to manage our account and that’s the reason behind we got suspended.

After investigation, we found something –
1. There was a misunderstanding between us on behalf of some other customer accounts which are used by our agency.
2. There are some different accounts, run by our agency on the same system and Amazon thought we use different accounts for our same Seller, trust in us, could not have happened like that.
3. We Coordinate with our agency and they provide some information, you have to know this.
4. First Account was my account, Geetanjali Henna which sells some own manufactured products like – Herbal Henna color Powder For hair, Mehandi Powder, Mehandi Kon, and some other Geetanjali Products.
5. Geetanjali Henna has its Own Single GST Registration Number (08CTAPS5173D1ZM).

8. Second Account was Kaptown kreations, which sells home decor products.

12. They use Only a single system to Access the Amazon Seller account.
After all the bad things, we will use ourselves to operate our account.
