Dear Sir,
I ordered a power bank from Flipkart which was 20000 mh, when I took the order at my home, I saw it broken from one side and it was not used before. maine usko teda karke dekha to itne main powerbank ki body mre hath me reh gayi aur powerbank ke endarvka part bhar nikal ke gir gaya, jab maine endar ki body dekhi to usme Tep laga hua tha aur 10000 mh ki battery gond aur tape se lagi hui thi.
