I ordered men white solid round neck layered t shirt from myntra on 17th june 2023 and got it delivered on 20th june but was unsatisfied with the color and fitting therefore applied for return immediately. It was picked up by the delivery agent within 1 hour. Waiting for refund for over one weak now when I did not get any response. I checked my order section to look if I could get some clue. It showed that your return has been cancelled because it failed quality checkup and will be reshipped to you. Now I didn’t even disturbed the crease of fold it was given by default and the delivery agent himself approved it to take back with by attaching the return sticker than how can I be responsible for why the product didn’t meet the quality checkup. Please take action regarding the same and do justice for me. Also they are charging arbitrary convenience fee of Rs 99+ extra charges. If required i can also share my tax invoice on secured platforms like email. Hence please look into the matter and take action to the earliest.
