Dear Team,
I purchased mobile through flipkart but due to speaker issue and battery issue I requested for cancellation and refund my money. I request for cancellation and refund 2 times and also technician visited my place twice and inputed feedback that default in my mobile device. why did you cancel my refund request twice times after knowing technician feedback?? Now I didn’t require third technician visit and refund my money with interet also no one coming at my address for pick up of Mobile and no response from flipkart company. So arrange urgent visit for phone pick up and cancel the item also refund my money in priority basis as I am unsatisfied with Mobile. please do needful in priority basis.
