I BOOKED TRAIN TICKET ON 16/09/2019 NEW DELHI TO ABU ROAD VIDE TRANSACTION ID NO. :- 100002043677884 WHICH WAS I CANCELLED ON 11/11/2019 BUT NO REFUND TILL DATE. I WILL TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HE SAID WE REFUND YOUR MONEY ON 14/11/2019 BUT NOT CREDITED IN MY DEBIT CARD. AFTER FEW DAYS I CALL AGAIN THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY THEN SHE TOLD NO ONE APPLY REFUND TILL DATE NOW I APPLY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE IT IN WITHIN 14 DAYS.

NOW TODAY I CALLED UP AGAIN THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND THEN AGAIN SAID THAT WE REFUND YOUR MONEY ON 14/11/2019 BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED. I ASK HIM PLEASE GIVE UTR NO. SO I CHECK IN MY BANK BUT THEY NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING.

NOW WHAT CAN I DO.

HOW I GET MY MONEY BACK.

KINDLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
