Regarding refund of my amount of 700/- which is deducted during filling online applicaion form ,website show payment is failed but amount deducted so ha i have done another second payment…so i want my reward/amount back because bank and company both are not provided any help

i have done 2 online payment of a single application form because at first website show my first payment is failed so that i have done another second payment…so i want my reward/amount back to my acount….because no help provided by both bank and company
