I have paid for itctc ticket via upi powered by Paytm. But the ticket got cancelled as the ticket was waiting. But I didn’t received the refund. When I enquired with irctc they told me that they have refunded to sponsored bank and they gave me r rno. But when I enquired with Paytm they told me that it’s been refunded to the state bank of india account. But my debited account vis corporation bank. And I have not got any account in state bank of india. Now when I am asking for clarification they are not replying. Feeling helpless.
