Text of Complaint by Ketaki Katare:

I was using TATA play fiber over a year there service was good, after an year I have moved to another location and had to switch to different service provider as TATA fiber service does not reach to my new place. After 3-4 months by mistakenly I have done recharge on TATA play Fiber even though I wasn’t using their service, I called their customer care and mention this that it has done mistakenly request you to please refund my money as I am not using this service. They mentioned we don’t have refund policy, I asked how are you providing me service here as I am not using the internet but you are consuming my money with no service. I got multiple calls by Tata Fiber after that and I had to tell this story to 4 different people because they are not in sync, every time new person called me and and giving me different reasons, one of the person in the call told me you have to submit the router 1st and then you will get your money back. They have collected the Router but not initiated refund, for the same i called their customer care executive and again different person was on call and I had to tell the entire story and she mentioned “we cant refund as per policy”. This is fraud and they are not providing me service and using my money for no reason. I need help here to get my refund of Rs. 704.
