I have booked flight ticket for 1st January 2021 from Chandigarh to Nagpur through the PayTM. The flight just cancelled before boarding by Flight end due to bad weather. Also, they didnot care about passengers at that 11 p.m. I have to search for hotels at that time and had to book next day flight myself from another location. I have to spend a lot more on these stuffs.
At that time they insured the full refund as soon as possible. But, It has been 10 months, I have not got my refund even after numerous complaints with customer care service of PayTM and AirIndia.
