My self vihasi shah. I have ordered pizza and garlic bread from La pinoz Chandigarh to deliver there.

I have entered the perfect address of the place where I wanted delivery. After an hour I got a call from unknown number where I was already on another important call, therefore, couldn’t notice that call. And My order got canceled by stating the reason that ” I was unresponsive”.
The guy for whom I ordered food was completely available outside his home to collect order but he noticed nobody coming there to deliver the order. the delivery guy could easily find the exact address found and deliver the order if he wished to.
I tried to have a conversation on customer call of Zomato but I was answered very rudely and also I was informed that I will not be refunded for my order amount.
I want to clear one more fact that there was not any noticeable call coming. Which I can notice and hold the present call and switch to upcoming call.
I just received inbox message afterwards that you have missed call from ***** number.
Therefcall in any case it was not possible to attend call because there was not even a proper call with rings.
