I had booked a flight ticket (INDIGO 6E 211) under PayTM booking ID 10217008551 to travel from Bangalore to Srinagar for Amarnath Yathra on 04th July 2020 and return journey from Srinagar to Bangalore on 08th July 2020. Due to COVID-19 Bangalore to Srinagar flight was cancelled. As this ticket was booked using PayTM, so PayTM has to process the refund to me . it was processed. But cancellation charges by Airlines is Rs.3,000. For 2 tickets it is Rs.6,000/-.But Paytm was showing Airline cancellation Charges as Rs.10,167/-I have been reaching out to PayTM flight care number so many times but all in vain. Even my emails are also not being replied to. Even after waiting for 48 hours, I never receive any response. It’s been more than 7 days that I have been chasing PayTM for the correct refund but in vain.
So, please give me justice and make my money get back from Paytm. I have attached receipt which shows details of cancellation charges.
