Dear sir/madam
I am Nikhil Gupta. I was booked ticket from Jagdalpur to Hyderabad for 26 June 2023 from IRCTC traveling agent of Alliance air airlines. The flight got cancelled by Alliance air due to technical reason (certificate attached).

I have contacted so many times in IRCTC customer support service and also sent email for refund but IRCTC could not given any support for refund process.
It is requested to you sir kindly provide my refund as early as possible.
