Respected authorities I beg to say that i have booked amritsar to aurangabad indigo flight regarding pnr number EP87GN from travel website name TRAVOLOOK. Com but flight cancelled by airlines due to operational reasons. Now I contacted hundred of times with travel agency for refund but they refused to provide any assistance further when I contacted indigo airlines regarding refund they mailed me that refund has already been processed 20-25 days back I sent proof and screenshot to travolook website of indigo mail regarding refund but they still not cooperating and still refused to provide any assistance now after tired from such incidents I decided to complain to consumer court
