i have booked a scotty from ONN Bikes from Jaipur mansarovar (order-id OR481972) on 15 jan 2023 order for whole night and after 1 hour the scotty turned off we parked that scotty nearby and i called their executive they told me that we will provide you full refund of that in 2-3 days but i didn’t get my refund till now i am an student and they are not responding my calls help me to get my refund back

I have booked the scooty for rent and due to some issues I have cancelled immediately I have paid full payment amount and there are saying before Booking 1 hour u should have cancelled u will get refund how can I know that this is soo insane. I want refund .
