Dear sir/mam
i had purchased one product from amazon which order id is 406-8995126-1213936 but due to some reason i returned it,then they ask me for bank account whom which i want to get my refund .so i provided them paytm payment bank but Rs517 money is still not reflecting in my account,so i called customer care of amazon that money is not reflecting my acccount but they said money is already initiated from their side but at that time they were not in position to provide me referrence number so they said to wait me for some days,then after few days i again called them then after they provide me reference number which is 401716153602 and said to contact with paytm customer care,but after calling the bank ,they said with this reference number i’m not getting any thing ,so kindly raise dispute charge from amazon side .But now i am in position that no one is helping me now neither amazon nor paytm payment bank. kindly help me in getting my hard earned money .please
