I had ordered a Shirt from FableStreet and selected COD option, I usually make online payment but since FableStreet had not delivered my previous order I had some trust issues and selected COD as option but when I received the delivery I made upi payment. I want to return the item since its not fitting well but they are giving me a gift card instead of refunding my amount. Since several days Im trying to connect with them over calls, whatsapp, email but not getting any proper response. They have given me a number to contact to but whenever I try calling they say their agents are busy right now.
