I am Vishavjit Singh and i am a student. I ordered food on zomato last night and i have paid for the same. I was waiting for the same for long and but the food was not delivered to me. After that i contacted to zomato helpline and they assured that they’ll help me out, but in the end there was no result. They also made a call to me, on the same call delivery partner was added and he said that he has called me several times but i haven’t received any calls regarding my order. After that they asked me to contact zomato through email and i have contacted the same but from there i was not able to get any kind of help. I slept without having my food last night and i caused me a lot of inconvenience.
