I was trying to do payment for airtel extreme fiber and 3 payments successful for the same number. I need refund for 2 successful transaction. Total amount debited Rs. 8487. Request to refund my amount many time but no positive response from airtel.
Transaction ID : 92973177, 92972275, 92971852. Even after so many compalint still not get any positive response from airtel.
Connection was in the name of Mr. Rampal Dhingra.
Hope you try to close this issue asap.
