I was supposed to get refund of amount 1499 from amazon in my account in paytm payment bank.
(RRN: 030718782314)
Now paytm customer care is saying I should contact to merchant and merchant is saying I should contact to bank regarding this.
Amazon has already provided with refund reference number and paytm is not taking any step to help me .
Please help me with this issue.
