I bought a thomsan Tv from Flipkart with 2 year extended warranty policy id : EWFKHD200122002693 . after 1st year tv got an small display issue and i informed to Jeeves Customer Care.. on dated 1st may 2023. The Technician visited to my home and he said need to send ur TV to service centre on that day ur tv will be back in 14days .. after 14days i call to customer care they said ur TV is not repairable I’ll initiate 90% of amount to u .. i agreed for that and till now i didn’t get any amount to my account i shared my Bank details everything to them… I called to customer care daily and they said within 2 business days u will get money… But i can’t receive anything.. Pls take action
