I have ordered two wooden stools in meesho, got delivered on 12th may in one box , and i have paid rs 2978/- through netbanking, the stoolls were in damaged condition , immediately on 12 th itself returned two stools but i got only 50% of refund i.e., rs .1489/- only , immediately i have informed the same to customercare through call back option in help centre several times but till now i have not got the remaining amount of rs 1489/-, they mailed me that we have to complaint within 48 hours of pickup, i got the refund of rs 1489/- on 15th may , after checking my bank account on 15th itself immediately called to customercare, but no response from them.
