Hi, I have booked the flight ticket on 6th of March 2022 for my bro in law from Imphal to Guwahati with the Travolook website, after booking a ticket I got a call from them saying that the flight ticket was cancelled due to PNR couldn’t generate from the airline company,and stating that the refund will be done within 5-7 working days and I have bee calling them a multiple times and saying that due to some technical issue ur refund couldn’t proceed so wait for few more days again. And till now I didn’t get my refund, though the fare is low but this are the thing which can’t be tolerate to anybody so I request to take an action on this
