Myself Amruta kolte, I purchased 4kurtis on 30july2021 from Flipkart…mistaken twice 1381 rs deducted from my account for this order..since 30july I am trying to contact Flipkart customer care but no one is giving me proper answer..one customer care person told me that u didn’t ordered anything on 30july..it is very pathetic helpline service…. I have sent my gpay n bank statement proof of this transaction…I want refund one amount which I paid twice for one order…and it has shows both amount is debited in Flipkart account…it is fraud….Flipkart has responsibility to refund one amount .. no one is giving me answer..I want refund … please do this needful
