respected sir this is bring to your kind notice that I have paid rs 100 to paytm money from my paytm payment bank through Upi. My transaction I’d is S53564318 with Upi refrance of merchant no. 917037423260.the merchant intimated me that the payment failed. But the amount deducted from my bank. This is the payment on date 19 June 2019.i raise many complaint to bank as well as marchent. Still my amount couldn’t refunded. Plz look into the matter
