Dear sir/madam,
I have booked ticket from Monday Market(kanniyakumari DT) to chennai in redbus app at yesterday for my wife and son. Ticket booked and got message.

After that no message received….

Today night (time 20.15)my wife and son waiting for bus at the boarding point…no bus comming,the I check the redbus app and see there bus was cancelled by bus operator..we are socking.. the night time what will do…we are very upset..redbus customer care call not working any more..try to chat they simply telling refund your amount…
This was happening 2nd time

So dear sir/madam

We want to 10 times of ticket amount need to refund
