Text of Complaint by Ashwani Kumar Sonker:

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I “Ashwani Kumar Sonker'” using Airtel Sim no. 8896153604 since 4 years. From last months the outgoing and incoming call has been stopped without any any prior information. Several times I tried to recharge on my number but I am not able to recharge. I gone to airtel store but they also did not solved the problem. Several times I contacted to the customer care but nothing resolved. Now I become totally hopeless. I need solution.

So, I kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. So that I am able to do recharge on my number. And also start my outgoing and incoming calls facility.
