I would like to mention a serious concern as stated under:
I recharged my number (+91 9053494969)for Rs. 499 on 3/6/2019 and data provided was 2GB under this plan. I was getting short of the data, so I recharged for Rs. 399 on 6/7/2019 and data provided was 1GB under this plan.
Technically, I should get 3GB from 6/7/2019 but the so called “DAMDAAR NETWORK” giving only 1GB DATA stating the reason that your sevices are overwritten which means IN TOTALITY I SPENT RS.898 and getting only 1GB for 84 days and after talking to senior customercare agent MR. MOHIT he simply said “ki appko pooch k recharge krwaana chahiye tha, hum appki koi saahayta nhi krr skte”.
Here,I should clearly and strictly mention that, Being such a constant customer of Vodafone, Am I mad, that I spent this much amount and literally getting nothing? This simply means I should leave VODAFONE and also compell my colleagues and neighbours, who are on Vodafone network, to leave Vodafone and choose another network.
Further, I would also like to mention, that a complaint will be logged by me against your reputed company mentioning that you made a fraud and cheated me, if you fail to help me out.
