I have recharged for a 50rs separately when I don’t had a plan and made calls at that time. Afterwards I recharged with 149 which is the least plan due network issue I opted this plan. Today my plan got expired and have talk time balance even though I couldn’t make call for an emergency. When I called jio they are asking me recharge with any plan. Why should I recharge for newer plan even though I have balance to make calls. This is totally frustrating and what is the use of normal talk time recharge? I need a positive Solution.
