We have been using tatasky services since years,never faced such bad services.

We are not able to view tata sky almost since 15-20 days.We have been continuously launching complaints to the customer care care.We also had a talk with your Senior customer care dept.,one of the names i could remember is Mr Kubair.
During the initial complaints the technician visited within an hour,never served the purpose and again we had a problem in viewing tata sky.But now they say due to Covid 19 we are facing problems etc etc etc
We really dont know what is the problem,why is the technician not paying a visit,why is the tata sky not working,and when will it get solved.
On top of that each and every complaint is been cancelled without any notice and without being resolved.
What shall the customer do ?
We had recharged the account thrice since last month,and the only thing we received was deduction of money.
What do you think are we jobless to contact you day and night ??We are facing problems tremendously.
Please guide us what is to be done and look into the matter.
It has been almost a month.
If this problem persists some more days, we shall take the decision to discontinue.
