I was trying to contact customer care, also filed complaints several times, but got no response from customer care, so this is the last option to connect to care. Last time my bill was Rs 857.00 and I am using Infinity Family Plan 399 and now my current amount is Rs 833.94, a lot of extra charges have been imposed at this time.This seems like a double amount to pay. Why is this so much extra charge applied and due to this issue every time I have paid an extra fee in every amount of bill. This is a very wrong behavior with customers. If you are charged too much, then I cannot pay the bill and continue this service. I have mentioned the complaint number and screenshot please check and take some action on it.
