Sir,

U am using a airtel postpaid mobileno.9987569266 since last about 6 years and i am also submiyting my bill in time. But on 30/07/2020, the mobile no.suddenly stopped working without any notification. Then I visited the airtel service centre at bhubaneswar on 31/07/2020 and told about the problem i was facing, they advised me to change the sim and accordingly i changed the sim. The stff present their completed all the formalities and asked me to insert the sim after 6 hrs and the number will run. Accordingly i do the same but still the sim not working.  Then i talked to the customer care no.198 on 01/07/2020. The rpresentative named sadip behavioru rudely and told that we cant do anything and you go to the service centre. Again i go to the se servicing centre and talked with the same staff named meghna, she assured me that your sim is processed and it will work within 2hrs.and advised me to leave the centre. I tried the same afwr 2 hrs, but still the sim was not working. Then i tried to talk with the staff meghna. Atlaast at night when she received mt call she said that the sim will work after 12hr of night in the same  date.  But till now the sim is not working. Again i talked with customer care service, they said me that we cant help you rather you contact with th service center. When i am trying to cont with the service centre the lady named meghna not respomdong my call. Sir in this time of civid 19 pendamic situation and lock down period of odisha i visited the service center which is 25 km away from my residing place two times with facing too many difficulties. And also i could not able to join my office and marked absent from 30/06/2020 to till date as my sim is used for work from home. Who will give my loss of payment and solve the problem i am facing.
