I have taken the Air Tel Broad Band Connection in Bhopal (07554936660) with the commitment of 20 MBPS SPEED But till date we have not received 1/4 speed of committed speed. Sir Still We are using the connection but know my connection is not working for last aprox 1 week but the air tel cc and line engineers are not solving the problem and giving only assurance the tomorrow it will be rectified but the connection is not working. Know they picking the phone telling that taking the phone the on hold and after 30 to 40 minutes they disconnect the phone. Sir plz advice me what i do
