My mobile number 9216410013 services are terminated from 11-02-2019 and even after getting the payment done to Airtel my services are still not resumed. I was misguided by the Idea company while porting the number into idea from airtel. No service was provided and poor network problems are faced by me. I want to know the immidiate time when i can port my number back to airtel due to your worst customer support.
