Text of Complaint by Yameen Liyakat Hakim:

Respected Sir,
This is Prof. Yameen Hakim from Patan, district Satara in State: Maharashtra.
My grievance is regarding the service of Telecom industries in my region Patan.
My place Patan is Taluka Place in Satara district.  Where total population is near about 3-5 lac. There are lacs of users those are having mobile phones. Every Telecom companies accepts the recharge of 4G network and unlimited calling which is of Rs. 300-400 but not at all giving the justice to the Quality of service and utilization of given facts from the companies on the said recharge details. This happens because of poor connection and worst performance of Network. Many of us complaint about the same to the Customer support executives also they said “The up gradation work is going on/ some modifications are going on/ it will take a time”.
My simple question is if they had so much problems in this area then why telecom companies accepts the recharge amount where they completely unable to satisfy  the customer.  My mobile number is 9503580165 if you check the status report of calling & internet usage when I am in Patan then it will be more clear to you. This is just an example. There are thousands of same grievance like Worst range, Poor quality signal, Call cannot connect, suddenly range goes off, Call not connected most of the time.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
Please look into the matter.Most important thing is “Complaints pertaining to fault repair, service disruption and disconnection of service have to be attended within a maximum period of 3 days. Other complaints to be attended by the Complaint Center within a maximum period of 7 days, subject to time limits laid down in regulations on quality of service. The cases where no time limit is specified, shall be addressed within 3 days”.
Try to resolve this as early as possible because since last 3 years I am complaining about same things.
