My internet connection is being lost since last 10days. I tried to raise complaint to the same but every time I called customer care from my registered jio number the call get disconnected. Then I called from some other jio number and filled a complaint on 16th of August. Till today my issue is not resolved nor I get any call from jio and they just closed the complaint on 20th of August. And now are just putting my complaint on unforseen delay and said to wait for it’s resolution.
