My self Arun Kumar Tripathy paid as Rs.2000 on Dt-03.06.2019 for installation of PAYTM POC machine for my organisation named as STITCHMEN vide order ID no-56709777q1559561649764 to your paytm smart retailer.But till now after several time following through customer care & local agent also i’m not getting any solution .The local agent Mr SUSANTA JENA having Mob No-9937028872 deposit the device after a long time and several time calling but after then he did not pick up the phone and not install my device.Also I complained in your customer care number regarding this but they have no answer to say the actual problem and suggest me to keep patient and we forward your comlai to our another team to look at the matter.
I don’t know why my machine installation is pending till now kindly give the specific reason otherwise refund my deposited money with compensation.
