Myself Totan Pramanik my number-8756771374, one of the old customer of Vodafone, but i have problem on billing amount, my last month’s bill was Rs-1473.35/- , from last 3-4 years i never got my phone bill above Rs-477/-. Also when I asked customer care , they replied that Amazon prime renewal charge is added with my bill, but customers inform me that they deactivate Amazon prime and also take the money refund. But sorry to say that since 3-4 days ,I have not received any confirmation mail or message from you and the customer cares not to pick up my phone or not give any solution about this matter.
So i have a humble request to you, Please take my problem seriously and solve my problem as soon as possible.
