Respected sir/madam

 My name is Mr.Amol Padol. I want to close my card, Vodafone executive said, to close the card will have to pay a bill of Rs 550. They bothered me a lot to pay the bill and spoke in very vulgar language. I don’t want to use Vodafone in the future, because its executives are very rude and harassing. I have billed Rs 550 as stated by the executive, but Vodafone has not yet closed my card and has not taken legal action against the executive. Please close my card now, Please help me
