Text of Complaint by Jyoti Poddar:

  1. Made payment of electricity bill in airtel thanks app.
  2. The payment was successful and money got deducted too.
  3. I am able to see the successful transaction in the app (attachment screenshot).
  4. But still I can see the electricity bill is active and not yet paid.
  5. After sending mail also I am not getting any reply from them and customer care is also not available.
  6. The due date of the bill is within two days.
  7. Please help this issue to resolve as soon as possible.
